Believe it or not, that tab you pull to open your soda can is like a little gold nugget to the Ronald McDonald House! It's made of high-grade aluminum that is recycled, generating money to support the operation cost of the house. Save tabs at home, school, civic groups, or work and get your friends and neighbors involved in this incredibly easy way to support Ronald McDonald House!
Who can participate?
People of all ages can participate in supporting the Ronald McDonald House by collecting pop tabs. Many schools support this project because it is easy and helps teach valuable math and recycling lessons. Families, churches, service organizations and businesses also participate as a way to show their support of the Ronald McDonald House and the families we serve.
How do you get started?
It's easy. There is no registration required, just contact us at millermcdonalds@aol.com to tell us that you are collecting. Then, simply remove the pop tab from the aluminum can and put them in your favorite collection container.
Pop tab collection can be collected in large plastic containers, coffee cans, decorated shoe boxes and plastic bags work well, too.
