We are a pay for performance company, meaning we like to review your current results when deciding your salary. We also give evaluations every 6 months and wage increases annually based on your performance and results. Our bonus program is calculated off your People, Customer Satisfaction, and Profit results. Some positions can earn over $12,000 each, on top of your current salary. Bonuses are paid out Monthly and Annually. ALL of our Salary Managers earn over the median income of the Area and are in the top 50% of wage earners Nationally. Don't forget to compare the cost of Insurance when figuring out salary. McDoanld's™ Corporation and Franchisees have gotten together to provide an affordable insurance without sacrificing the benfits. Some positions have 100% of their insurance cost paid by us. Try finding that with other companies. We all need time to relax!!!! Some hourly positions get an extra week of pay, which they can take vacation if they want or earn 3 weeks pay for working 2 weeks. Salary Managers get 2 weeks of vacation and 7 paid holidays each year. After working for us a few years you can gain 3 to 4 weeks of vacation! Have you ever calculated the cost of breakfast, lunch, or dinner??? Its expensive! On average you would have to pay over $5.00 of after taxed dollars for your meal. Anyone that works 5 or more hours will recieve a meal up to $5.50 for free. Also, when you are not working you will recieve a meal discount.
