Description: crew position could ential anything from working in drive thru, cashier, grill and janitorial. We try to cross train the key people so they are able to help in all positions. Description: Crew trainers are employees who are experienced in the McDonalds work enviroment. They are typically the best of the best and are very well train. They follow the proper procedure and are very knowledgeable in their positions. Crew Trainers are responsible for not only traing new hires but also providing supprort to the management team and helping in the day to day operations of the business.

Description: A Swing Manager position is the first step in the management development program. A swing is responsible for running shifts, managing people, supporting the other managers and providing outstanding customer service. They help set and maintain the example of outstanding customer service. Must be responsible and energetic.
