Description: The General Manager's job is to achieve maximum sales and optimum profits. This requires not only an in-depth knowledge of our business, but superior communication and leadership skills to achieve high level results from the restaurant's management team and crew staff. Most importantly, we are looking for individuals with characteristics that will enable them to be successful in our fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task, delegate and follow-up is essential. General Manager's must have the ability to maintain an open line of communication between all levels, support McDonald's Values, support the Company's Vision and Direction, Lead and Facilitate, provide support to the Local Community and it's youth while maintaining the highest level of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness in their restaurant.
