Description: This is an individual in charge of general daily cleanliness of the restaurant (interior & exterior). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Sweeping, mopping, trash collection; maintain the parking lot & lobby cleanliness; equipment preventive maintenance & minor repairs; unloading deliveries as needed; major cleaning (restrooms, floors, windows, drive-thru pad, & etc). Duties also include detailed cleaning and organizing stock areas, freezer & refrigerators; climbing on roof, carrying moderately heavy items, and other duties as assigned.
