If you have been certified with Serve Safe and complete Basic Shift Management class plus you have an open availability you will receive a $.50/hour increase. For each of the 5 sections in the Shift Manager certification you complete you will earn a $.25/hour increase. WoW! That is a total of $1.75 increase to your hourly wage for learning. We also will reward you Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually on your result through our bonus program. We are talking thousands.
